Please bring a photo ID and current valid insurance ID card. Knowledge of your medical history including all medications and dosage taken is helpful.
As a courtesy we will bill your insurance carrier for you. Our financial counselors will assist you with any account questions you have.
We participate with many large health plans and will bill your insurance carrier and await payment. All co-pays are due at the time of service.
The Urgent Orthopaedic Care Clinic is not designed to treat severe injuries and is not a 24-hour facility. Due to the smaller scale and patient volume, the Urgent Orthopaedic Care Clinic can provide efficient care while saving you time and money.
Unfortunately we are not at this time.
Non-Orthopaedic urgent care issues such as chest pain, breathing difficulties, etc. Significant trauma requiring a higher level of care (such as: open fractures, vascular injuries, high energy trauma from car or motorcycle accidents, etc.).
You will need to call 911. The Urgent Orthopaedic Care Clinic is not designed to treat life threatening medical injuries.
Urgent care services include the treatment of fractures, dislocations, sprains and strains. We have on-site x-ray facilities, casting/splinting and a minor procedures room for laceration repair.
