Before Your Appointment

A few days before your visit, you will receive a text message and/or email that contains a link to complete the pre-registration process remotely, prior to your appointment. This secure system allows you to register privately, saves you time upon your arrival, and ensures that your health records are up-to-date. If you are not able to complete your pre-registration before the visit, please arrive early for your appointment and see one of our receptionists who will be happy to help you.
