The physicians of The Sports Medicine Institute pride themselves on collaboration and communication with a patient's referring physician. Please contact us with any questions about how OAM can best work with you and your patients to meet their orthopaedic needs.
The Sports Medicine Institute will see referred patients with athletic related injuries within a 24-48 hour time period. To begin the referral process please see our consult fax form (138 KB, PDF).
