Dr. Clifford Jones of Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan was featured on FOX News October 20th in recognition of World Osteoporosis Awareness and Prevention Day.
In conjunction with World Osteoporosis Day, five health care and research organizations including Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan will come together to host a regional summit on this “silent” disease and to announce a regional initiative to enhance orthopedic research and patient care in West Michigan.

On October 21, 2009, Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan (OAM), New Balance Grand Rapids (NBGR) and Gazelle Sports will join bone health organizations from around the globe to celebrate World Osteoporosis Week. In conjunction with the Osteoporosis Clinic at OAM, the community is asked to join OAM, NBGR and Gazelle Sports at Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan on October 21, at 6:30 PM, for an informative clinic about the importance of osteoporosis awareness, prevention and treatment.
